DESIGNED FOR DAILY TRADE USE

Why ply line your van?

Ply lining is a practical upgrade for a commercial vehicle used to carry tools, stock or equipment. It protects vulnerable interior surfaces and makes the load area easier to organise.

Protects your investment

Shields bare metal from scratches, dents and moisture, helping preserve resale value.

Ready for shelving & racking

A flat, solid base that's ready to take shelving or racking whenever you need it.

Easy self-installation

Pre-cut to shape with no specialist tools required — fit it yourself in an afternoon.

Professional finish

A clean, tidy interior that looks the part on every job.

Installation standard

Secure fixing. Careful vehicle protection.

ProEquip ply lining systems are mechanically secured using appropriate fixing screws to provide a strong, durable and long-lasting installation.

Fixing points checked

Each fixing location is carefully checked before installation begins.

Pilot hole drilled where required

Where fixing through the vehicle floor is necessary, a pilot hole is drilled at the selected fixing point.

Exposed metal protected

Before the fixing is installed, the exposed metal is treated with professional anti-corrosion cavity wax.

Important: The ends of some fixing screws may be visible underneath the vehicle. This is a normal part of our standard installation method.

Prefer a non-drilling installation?

A non-drilling bonded installation may be available by prior arrangement. This option can only be carried out by our team at our workshop and requires approximately 48 hours to complete. Additional fitting charges apply.
